Due to the nature of the products, we have a no return policy unless item is damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of damage within 48 hours and we will issue you a full return or replace the item if still in stock. Refund or replacement is at the full discretion of Maison Maraline.

All returns must be pre-authorized. If you return an item without pre-authorization, no refund will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of any broken items, we will refund ASAP!
Replacements
If we still have that product in stock, with proof of damage, we will replace. Email us at maisonmaraline@maisonmaraline.com or Instagram Direct Message @maisonmaraline.
Refunds
We will notify you once the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days OR sent back to product if in stock. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
